The ASTER SE EXPERT can be considered as the little brother of the famous TITAN. Intended for replicas equipped with a V3 gearbox, it allows you to benefit from a fast response of your trigger, to adjust the Active Braking and a new SAFE-SEMI-BINARY selection mode. The ASTER SE EXPERT also protects the battery, the motor and the FCU, even in case of reverse connection of the battery.

Choose how to configure the ASTER SE via trigger, USB-Link / Blu-Link or via the GCS (Gate Control Station) app. It has optical sensors to detect the position of the gear, trigger and fire selector. With the GCS app you can easily calibrate, test and adjust these sensors.

The ASTER SE offers the following firing modes:

  • SEMI: 1 shot
  • AUTO: shots are fired as long as the trigger is pressed
  • BINARY: 1 shot on the trigger and 1 shot after release
  • SEMI RAMPING: Switches to AUTO mode if the trigger is pressed quickly
  • BURST: you predetermine the number of pellets to fire (very useful in case of MilSim or a low-caps magazine)
  • BURST FULL: Burst fired at full power even if the trigger is released
  • BURST INTERRUPTIBLE: Interrupts the burst if the trigger is released earlier
  • SAFETY: Prevents shots

All products comply with ROHS 2 and meet CE standards. Electronic circuits are being made using modern technologies. SMD 0603 components and 8 mils traces are our standard. High-density multi-layer PCBs allow large scale miniaturization. In high power circuits, we use most powerful transistors available on market: HEXFET Power MOSFETs International Rectifier, NXP N-channel logic level MOSFET in LFPAK using NextPower technology, Vishay P-channel MOSFET in PowerPAK SO-8 using TrenchFET technology. Because of an optimised output capacitance, body diode and channel structure, MOSFETs exhibit “soft-recovery” switching behaviour, resulting in lower voltage spikes, faster decays and virtually no gate glitches. Moreover, increasing switching frequency from 300KHz to 1MHz allows a 70 - 80% reduction in inductor size. MOSFETs' excellent switching performance enables such design choices with minimal loss of efficiency.
