The Karabiner 98k (k for kurz, short version) is a German bolt action rifle chambered in 7.92x57mm onthe original version of the firearm. It was adopted on June 21, 1935 as a service weapon by the Wehrmacht. It was the most common standard weapon of foot troops of all branches of the Wehrmacht, more than 15 million units were produced until 1945. It is the evolution of the G98 (Gewehr 98) used during the First World War. S&T offers here the improved version of the 98k, spring in real wood and metal, this version is faithful to the original.
