It is important to mention a phone number to call when your order is placed :

• If we need to contact you directly about your order, it is fast and it won't slow dow shipping time
• It is allowing Forwarders to facilitate communication during the delivery.
• Powair6 doesn't communicate any information on its customers has a third person or company, except forwarders.

Product availability :

• We have real time stocks, all our products "IN STOCK" mean that we have the product in stock in our warehouse, ready to be shipped.
• It is not possible to order a product that is not displayed on Powair6

Shipment with Airmail :

• Delivery generally found for airmail to Europe is 3 to 10 days, and varies depending on the destination country. In order to make small packages, it may require unpacking the product (like springs, ...).

Tracking number :

• The tracking number is sent to you directly from the warehouse and will be available to track on the mail network the day after receiving the email. If you did not receive a tracking number after 48 hours, make sure the shipping email have not been routed to your spam. For added security, you can consult your Powair6 account in the "Order History" and possibly email us on the suitable order.

Shipping quote by email :

• Can you tell me the shipping price for a product to my country ? We cannot quote shipping price with e-mail. In order to get a precise quote, we advice to create an account (really fast less than one minute, with social login 30 seconds), place your products on the cart and make a checkout with your delivery adress, you will have a more precise price.

Important Notes :

• Packages are usually shipped the same day if ordered and paid before 13.00 PM
• This period may be extended exceptionally up working 24-48 hours in case of very strong order intake, such as holiday periods.
• Shipments are made Monday to Friday except French holidays  (https://www.joursferies.fr/)
• Delivery generally found for Europe is 4 to 8 days, and may varies depending on the destination country.
• The delivery delay is not contractual and cannot be claimed as free in case of extended delivery time
• It is not possible to change delivery adress or modify once the order has been placed and pay
• Customers need to verify carrefully all the Shipping data before placing the order
