This engine combines the advantages of both single and dual solenoid systems, eliminating common issues associated with traditional open-bolt designs while maintaining user-friendly operation and a lower cost typical of single solenoid engines. The nozzle movement cycle is separated from the air supply cycle, ensuring consistent performance. Enjoy the benefits of an open-bolt system, including the elimination of the first-shot blank found in closed-bolt engines. Get insane muzzle velocities ranging from 250-550 FPS & ROF from 1-40 RPS for CQB, assault, and sniper replicas.

When purchased in a bundle with ASTER II Bluetooth®, you get an unprecedented trigger response, thanks to the combination of optical sensors and HPA technology. ASTER II Bluetooth® raises the price-performance ratio by including an adjustable Quantum Trigger 2 and Bluetooth® 5.2 onboard. Now, out of the box, you can set sensitivity from ludicrous touch through hair to full movement.

GCS App (GATE CONTROL STATION) gives you total control of your replica. It is a free universal app for configuring, controlling, and connecting the GATE Ecosystem elements such as the TITAN and ASTER Electronic Trigger Units or the tactical computer STATUS. The app is compatible with Android, iOS, Wear OS, watchOS, Windows, and macOS devices.

Beginning in 2014, each product, prior to its introduction to the market, is tested by 50 independent beta-testers. Thanks to our long-term research, meticulous tests and our experience, our products are reliable and can operate under most harsh conditions. All products comply with ROHS 2 and meet CE standards. Electronic circuits are being made using modern technologies. SMD 0603 components and 8 mils traces are our standard. High-density multi-layer PCBs allow large scale miniaturization. In high power circuits, we use most powerful transistors available on market: HEXFET Power MOSFETs International Rectifier, NXP N-channel logic level MOSFET in LFPAK using NextPower technology, Vishay P-channel MOSFET in PowerPAK SO-8 using TrenchFET technology. Because of an optimised output capacitance, body diode and channel structure, MOSFETs exhibit “soft-recovery” switching behaviour, resulting in lower voltage spikes, faster decays and virtually no gate glitches. Moreover, increasing switching frequency from 300KHz to 1MHz allows a 70 - 80% reduction in inductor size. MOSFETs' excellent switching performance enables such design choices with minimal loss of efficiency.
