The replica was produced in cooperation with American EMG Arms brand. It has licensed markings of Daniel Defense® - the firearms manufacturer from USA, which since 2002 specializes in supplying various variants of AR15 and accessories, also for special orders of USSOCOM.

Each part of the replica has been manufactured and fitted with attention to detail, additionally, Nano Coating was used to finish the barrel to prevent scratches. On the body, there is an individual serial number confirmed by an additional hologram, as well as an eyelet for mounting tactical suspension on both sides.

SA-E19 carbine replica is equipped with a front rail in 22mm RIS mounting system. The barrel is finished with a standard 14mm CCW threaded discharge device. On the back of the replica there are folding target sight.

The replica is equipped with a stock mounted precision inner barrel with a diameter of 6.03mm, which ensures high accuracy and repeatability of shots. The barrel is equipped with a new type of rotating Hop-Up chamber, which allows for a very precise and stable adjustment of the ball cocking system.

Mounted as a standard Helium™ Flat Hop rubber will improve the stability of the curve ball and make the shots even more accurate.

The replica is equipped with the ESA2™ quick change spring system. It allows for quick and efficient adjustment of the replica's power to the conditions expected on the battlefield without the use of tools - just unscrew the buttstock guide to reveal the access to change the spring without having to remove or disassemble the gearbox.

ESA2™ system allows, with a minimum of time, to change the mainspring, and thus to adjust the firing rate of the replica to the playing area in order to guarantee an ideal compromise between the efficiency of fire and your own and other players' safety. In the box with the replica there is also a second M90 mainspring, which is perfect for indoor shooting.

The heart of the replica is ORION Gearbox based on reinforced skeleton and equipped with the mainspring release function. Straight out of the box, the replica is equipped with a number of high quality parts, thanks to which it is characterized by high performance and is ready for further tuning. ORION Gearbox is ready to work with M140 springs. The gearbox is equipped with such elements as

The replica also uses a powerful High Torque motor equipped with strong neodymium magnets. The motor has a 22TPA (Turn Per Arm) winding and can easily handle springs stronger than the ones included in the kit.
