    For the material of the piston the POM C was chosen, a technopolymer with high mechanical performances and a very low friction coefficient because it is self lubricating. The rack has been manufactured using MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology, because this production process guarantees dimensional precision and strength equal to those of solid machining. The rack is presented with the second missing tooth and with the third already lowered by 3 tenths of a millimeter because this configuration predisposes the piston itself for a correct angle of engagement (AOE) and makes it suitable for high speed.     Perun V3 Hybrid replaces mechanical contacts in your airsoft replica or gel blaster and provides lots of useful features. Optical and magnetic sensors allow to eliminate many moving parts that are prone to damage, thus increasing the reliability. Adaptive trigger control allows switching from a very short trigger travel to a long one even in the field, with almost any trigger, including stock ones. Works without the need for any modification with most V3 gearboxes in Tokyo Marui standard. For details and exceptions please refer to the manual.

    Adjustable trigger sensitivity – The trigger can be set to 5 sensitivity levels, ranging from very short pull needed to fire a shot, to a very long one. No modification to the trigger or the gearbox is needed and the trigger sensitivity change is possible even in the field.

    Independently programmed firing modes - Program the firing modes any way you like, setting safe, semi, burst or auto on both selector positions.

    Active brake - active brake stops the motor after each shot preventing spring compression or in case of replicas with high rate of fire, overspin (double shot problem).

    Precocking - Fast trigger response can be a matter of victory or defeat, especially in CQB situations. With precocking enabled, piston will remain in rear position after each shot with the spring already compressed, ensuring that next shot will be fired immediately after you pull the trigger. To release the spring after using precocking, pull the trigger and hold it for 2 seconds, after which a second shot will be fired, this time with no precocking and fully braked.

    2-stage trigger – Light trigger pull results with a single shot or burst, while a deeper pull will cause a burst or fully automatic fire. Following modes are available: semi – burst, semi – auto and burst – auto.

    Binary trigger - Allows for easy double shots in semi-automatic setting. After enabling this mode, if semi-automatic fire is set, shots will be fired not only when the trigger is pulled, but also when it is released.

    Rate of fire reduction - Reduce the rate of fire in automatic or burst fire to save ammo or make the replica shoot in a more realistic fashion.

    DMR mode - Introduces intervals between semiautomatic shots to comply with DMR rules on some fields.

    Low battery voltage alarm - Dedicated for Li-Po and Li-Ion batteries. Should the battery voltage fall to a dangerously low level, user will be notified by short sound signals that are repeated every minute. This may also be freely switched on and off.

    DSG – a sector gear detection mode specially prepared to work with dual sector gears.

    Diagnostic system - Constantly monitors the replica and the mosfet itself. In case of any problems, immediately lets you know what it might be, making troubleshooting much easier.

    Electronic fuse - Will save your replica and battery in case of a major malfunction. It will automatically disconnect the battery when a short circuit or blocked motor is detected.

    Programming of all the settings is done solely by using quick and easily memorable sequences of fire selector switching and trigger pulls supported by sound signals and multicolor LED diode. That allows changing the settings in any moment, in a matter of seconds, even under enemy fire. All settings are set independently for each selector position, so you can program the mosfet exactly the way you want, for example semi on semi and binary trigger on auto.
    Perun V3 Hybrid works without problems with any battery from 7V do 17V. It can also be used with most extreme setups.

    The Nimrod Tactical Brushless motor has 2 adjustable speed settings. Depending on the battery being used, either 27000 rpm or 36000 rpm can be set. Same as with the regular Nimrod motors, a D-shape pinion gear is used. Thus the power transmission is better and the change of the bevel gear is easier. The motor should only be used in conjunction with strong batteries. The C rating must necessarily be above 40 / 60. Also, the battery should have a high capacity (1400 mAh or more) to operate smoothly. The motor has been successfully tested with a variety of mosfets available on the market and it can be reported that all tested combinations worked well together.

    Please note that some Mosfet manufacturers cannot guarantee that operation with a brushless motor is possible. In this regard, always refer to the Mosfet manufacturer’s specifications. To ensure a trouble-free installation, the pinion to bevel gear position must be considered. Some grips and motor covers need to be modified to allow a perfect fit of the motor.

  • PDI 6.05 Precision Inner Barrel AEG 455mm

    Airsoft may be just a game, but the engineers and machinists at PDI definitely don't play around.

    These barrels are cold-hammer forged, which is the same process that real firearm barrels undergo. This process creates a very consistent bore that gives the barrel a tolerance of +0.002mm. This tolerance is currently the highest quality in the entire Airsoft industry for accessible stainless steel barrels. Custom made or lapped stainless barrels can surpass the inner surface of PDI, but those barrels are extremely expensive and are generally not accessible to most consumers.

    The material is SUS304 Stainless Steel. This Steel is harder to cut than most barrels and has superior corrosion resistance. Additionally, PDI barrels are very well known for their straightness and quality control.

    This barrel is 6.05, which is the same diameter as standard AEG barrels. The 6.05 bore is best suited for long range engagements. Through their own research and testing, PDI has found that wider bores give better accuracy over longer distances than tighter bores.

Powair6 si proud to introduce the E&L AK series with gearbox upgrade. With many years of experience, our team now offers fully upgraded AEGs. The airsoft gun are unmounted, improved and reinforced, we change only the necessary by selecting reinforced parts that will give longevity and performance. Thanks to a precise timing of the gears, high performance mosfet and a strong full teeth piston it is possible to play safe & reliable for a very long time.

This model already include good parts like the one piece cylinder / cylinder head and CNC 18:1 gearset so we have kept them in the final configuration. We install high performance mosfet, CNC nozzle, full teeth piston, upgraded piston head and of course rework everything to make a smooth and reliable gearbox. The moteur is also working fine so we advice to keep it.

Workshop preparation :

  • Open the gearbox, take off everything inside, cleaning & degreasing shells
  • Adjusting the CNC gears with inox shims only, one by one
  • Short stroke of the piston and sector gear
  • Angle of engagement optimisation (AOE) for piston and cylinder bumper
  • Installation of the new mosfet with software update and programming
  • Milling the monobloc cylinder to change air volum
  • Change the piston head oring by a custom one to match E&L special size.
  • Greasing mecanic & pneumatic parts

  • We strongly advice you to use high performance mid-cap spring operated magazine such as PTS EPM ou HEXMAG
  • Don't feed your mid cap magazine more than 80% of the maximal capacity
  • We strongly advice you to use high performance BBs such as BLS, Krytac, Madbull ASG blaster Devil or open Blaster.
  • NEVER use any grease or silicone on the electric gun, magazine, hop-up inner barrel or BBs
  • Any opening by a third party other than Powair6 voids the warranty on the replica.

Here is a sum-up list of the available mosfets for our custom AEG airsoft guns. Note that you may see or not see this options following the Custom replica.

Important note : With a high performance mosfet configuration, for each shot fired the motor is instantly launched and instantly stopped, wich mean the more you shoot fast with a lot of quantity shot in few timing, the motor is heating accordingly, this is normal, but too much is not advised. Our products are made to get a very responsive semi automatic and make short full auto. If you wish to fire a lot of BBs in during a short timing (speedQB, Machine gun), we strongly advice to get HPA system more suitable.

The best for those who prefer simplicity but require highest quality. Economic version with limited number of functions. If you will decide to have more functions, there is always option to upgrade firmware from BASIC to ADVANCED. In order to upgrade your TITAN firmware from BASIC to ADVANCED, you need to purchase the upgrade Economic version with limited number of functions.

Leviathan - V2 is processor controlled mosfet with Bluetooth communication. It adds new shooting modes, controls RoF, pre-cocking, active braking, low battery indication, statistics...
